What is the pricing for a 2026/2027 Feather Wedding Package?
The Feather Package is a $2500 investment for 2026 and 2027. This package is created to provide a curated experience at the best value. While you are welcome to make use of fewer inclusions, the package price remains the same. If you’d like to enquire for a 2028/2029 wedding, please submit an enquiry and you will be automatically added to our waitlist.
Can we invite guests to our elopement?
This intimate package is designed for just the two of you (including young children), with space for up to two witnesses. For celebrations with additional guests, we invite you to explore The Fawn Package.
What is the availability for this package?
We are open for elopements year round. Winter weddings are available upon request. Please submit a wedding enquiry below.
How do Payments work?
Due to the nature of this experience, this package requires full payment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
Can we choose our vows?
Absolutely! If desired, we can connect you with a trusted officiant who will guide the process and create a ceremony that feels personal to you.
Do we receive florals?
Yes, we provide a bouquet for the couple. We’d love to see your Pinterest board so we can understand the style you’re hoping for. We’ll share your inspiration with our florist, who will create a bouquet that reflects the overall look and feel of your vision using seasonal blooms and available materials. While we cannot guarantee an exact match to specific photos, our florist will do their best to capture the essence of your inspiration. Your bouquet will be on-site before your arrival. If you have something very specific in mind, you’re also welcome to bring additional florals on-site.
What does a typical timeline look like?
This is a beautiful one-hour ceremony. A typical ceremony begins at 3PM and ends at 3:15PM. If you have a photographer, they would then do their work between 3:15PM-4PM and around 4PM, the photographer and our on-site concierge are dismissed! You are welcome to rent The Minogin Den event space as well to have additional time with family and friends.
Do you include a photographer and videographer?
This package does not include a photographer or videographer. We are happy to provide a list of recommended photographers and videographers whose style and experience align beautifully with our sanctuary. Once you have selected your preferred vendor, arrangements and payment can be made directly with them. Coverage options vary and may include your ceremony, time at the spa, moments in the cabin, forest walks, getting ready, and more.
Does this package include makeup?
This package does not include makeup services. We are happy to provide a list of recommended local makeup artists whose style and experience align beautifully with our sanctuary. Once you have selected your preferred artist, arrangements and payment can be made directly with them.
Can we add overnight accommodations?
Yes! A two-night stay is included in the Feather Package but you can absolutely add more nights if desired.
Can we add the thermal spa with this package?
A 3-hour private spa pod for two is included in this package. The time must be chosen ahead of time. Sessions are 10AM to 1PM, 2PM to 5PM and 6PM to 9PM. You can add additional sessions and/or services if desired.
We are coming from out of town, do you have any local recommendations?
Yes! We’re fortunate to be surrounded by creative local businesses. From restaurants, caterers, hair and makeup artists, photographers and unique experiences, we’re happy to share recommendations to help make your day seamless and memorable.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
To preserve the private experience, outside vendors are not included in this package but if you’re staying in a cabin, you are welcome to bring a hair and makeup team. Our spa bathrooms are not available for elopement preparation.
Can we add/subtract anything from this package?
You’re welcome to add enhancements, but this package is offered as-is and items cannot be removed. Our packages are created to provide a curated experience at the best value. While you are welcome to make use of fewer inclusions, the package price remains the same.
Can we schedule a tour?
With deepest apologies, private tours are not available for The Feather Package; however, we do allow the couple to come and hike the trail themselves and visit the space. Is there a restroom on site?
Is there a restroom on site? Yes, you will have washroom access on site. Please note that showers are available only to guests staying in our cabins and are located in the shared washroom area. The shower facilities may not be used as an additional getting-ready space.

Can we invite additional guests (more than 10 total)?
There is an option to add up to 10 guests in our brochure (tables, chairs and basic venue inclusions included). The cost is $1000+HST. Our packages are created to provide a curated experience at the best value. While you are welcome to host fewer guests or make use of fewer inclusions, the package price remains the same.
What is the availability for this package?
The Fawn Package is generally available Wednesday, Thursday, and select Friday mornings and Sunday afternoon/evenings between June and October. Weddings between November and May may be available upon request. For the quickest response, please complete our wedding inquiry form below.
How do Payments work?
Your payment schedule is divided into installments based on your wedding date. For 2026 and 2027 weddings, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the package price is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due three months prior to your wedding date.
For 2028 and 2029 weddings, the same non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance divided into scheduled payments leading up to your wedding.
Should you choose to add additional services, these can be incorporated into future payments and do not need to be paid for immediately.
Can we choose our vows?
Absolutely! If desired, we can connect you with a trusted officiant who will guide the process and create a ceremony that feels personal to you.
Do we receive custom florals?
This package does not include florals. We are happy to provide a list of recommended florists, or you may choose a florist of your preference. You are also welcome to bring your own florals on-site.
What does a typical timeline look like?
A typical Fawn ceremony is from 5PM to 9PM. This is a rough timeline but since you have the cabin included in this package, you could arrive around 3PM and get comfortable or get ready in your cabin. Vendors can arrive around 3PM as well and you can do any DIY setup you’d like to do. Around 4:45PM your wedding guests arrive and are seated. The ceremony begins around 5PM and ends around 5:20PM. There are typically photos during this time and the reception dinner starts around 6:30PM. From there, the options are flexible based on what you have chosen to do as a celebration (e.g., fire, games, mingling, etc.). The reception concludes at 9:00 PM. Guests and vendors are expected to depart at this time. Personal belongings, décor, gifts, and rental items must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise approved by La Belle Cabane. In some cases, next-morning removal may be permitted; however, this is subject to venue availability and must be arranged in advance. If the venue is booked for another event the following day, all items must be removed before departure on the event date. n-house teardown, cleanup, and décor removal services may be available through La Belle Cabane for an additional fee.
What happens if it rains?
Our ceremonies will happen outside in the forest venue space. Should the weather turn or you’d like to have an alternative plan, there is also ample space for a rental tent outdoors. Please note that a confirmed rain plan must be in place by 10:00 AM on the day of the wedding. If you wish to reserve an outdoor tent, we invite you to connect with us in advance. Should you be working with outside vendors, it is your responsibility to notify them of any changes.
How does the food/kitchen access, beverages, music work?
- FOOD: There is no minimum spend on food here, you have the freedom to choose what feels right for you. While we do not have food in-house, we do offer a list of trusted vendors and include the use of the prep kitchen for them to use (serving and clean-up is not provided but can be added as an additional service). If you have family that would like to use the kitchen to cook, the kitchen can be rented to be used during the day. We do provide food service tables if needed.
- BEVERAGES: Water and ice are included for your ceremony and reception, with jugs provided for guest use. Tea and coffee are not included; however, our kitchenette is equipped with a small coffee maker and a tea kettle should you wish to provide your own coffee, tea, supplies, and accompaniments (most vendors have this covered). For alcohol, LBC will carry a liquor license for your wedding and have a built-in bar that you can use. All bar service must be provided by a La Belle Cabane bartender unless agreed to in writing. For licensing, insurance, and safety reasons, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through La Belle Cabane and outside alcohol is not permitted.
- MUSIC: Due to the uniqueness of our space, we cannot allow a DJ, band, or large speakers. We can accommodate small instruments like a guitar, harp, etc. You can use our sound system and connect your playlist of choosing.
Do you include a photographer and videographer?
This package does not include a photographer or videographer. We are happy to provide a list of recommended photographers and videographers whose style and experience align beautifully with our sanctuary. Once you have selected your preferred vendor, arrangements and payment can be made directly with them. The event space has been intentionally designed with a beautiful, neutral aesthetic that serves as a stunning backdrop for a wide variety of wedding styles and visions. The space can be enjoyed as-is or can be personalized with your own décor and styling elements. Please refer to the package inclusions for a complete list of furnishings, tableware, service pieces, and amenities included with your rental.
The LBC Styling Collection may be added as an optional in-house service for couples seeking a more curated reception experience. Our collection includes a variety of décor and styling elements such as candleholders, charger plates, table runners, vessels, and other decorative accents in a range of colours, sizes, and styles. This service allows couples to personalize the space while complementing the natural beauty and aesthetic of the venue.
Specific décor and styling services are not included in this package. Couples are welcome to bring their own décor; however, setup and teardown of additional décor remains their responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

Is parking included?

We can guarantee one reserved space for the couple at their cabin, parking for one vendor vehicle, and 3–5 additional vehicles. Vendors can use the main driveway to unload and park. If you’re expecting additional vehicles, carpooling, shuttle service and/or taxi services are required.
Can we schedule a tour?
Venue tours are available by appointment for serious inquiries only. To ensure we can make the most of your visit, we ask that you first complete our wedding inquiry form and review our wedding brochure. Our tour schedule is released in early June and is available only to couples who have submitted an inquiry. Once we have received your inquiry, we will be happy to share upcoming tour availability.

When do we have access and what does a typical timeline look like?
With our weekend Fire Package, you’ll have access to The Minogin Den Friday to Sunday. Access Friday starts at 3PM until 9PM for rehearsal or decorating; however additional table setup (i.e. for a rehearsal dinner) is not included. Saturday access is 10AM to 9PM with decor being brought in before 10AM on the day of if you are decorating the venue yourself. Sunday clean-up and checkout happens prior to 10AM. A typical wedding ceremony will happen on Saturday from 4 to 9PM. Other options are available and the timeline will be reviewed with you prior to booking.
What happens if it rains?
