Fire
Wedding Package

Fire is life, warmth, and transformation. This package invites a full celebration, where love is witnessed by your larger circle and carried forward in ceremony. Surrounded by the forest and guided by the elements, this experience gathers family, food, and joy into a vibrant flame – a celebration that burns brightly long into the future.

Midweek (Wednesday–Thursday): No minimum required.

Weekend celebrations require a $7,000 minimum investment, inclusive of the package.

Feather Package FAQ

What is the pricing for a 2026 Feather Wedding Package?

The Feather Package is a $2500 investment. This package is created to provide a curated experience at the best value. While you are welcome to make use of fewer inclusions, the package price remains the same.

This intimate package is designed for just the two of you, with space for up to two witnesses. For celebrations with additional guests, we invite you to explore The Fawn Package.

We are open for elopements year round. Winter weddings are available upon request. Please email [email protected] for further information.

Due to the nature of this experience, this package requires full payment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.

Absolutely! If desired, we can  connect you with a trusted officiant who will guide the process and create a ceremony that feels personal to you.

Yes, we provide a bouquet for the couple. We’d love to see your Pinterest board, photos, or colors to capture your vision, and we’ll share these with our florist. Your blooms will be on-site before your arrival. If you’re dreaming of something different, you’re welcome to bring additional florals on-site.

A typical ceremony begins at 3PM and ends at 3:15PM. If you have a photographer, they would then do their work between 3:15PM-4PM and around 4PM, the photographer and our on-site concierge are dismissed!

This package does not include a photographer and/or videographer but we would be delighted to arrange professional photography and videography as an added service to your package. Options vary if you would like them to be with you during setup, the spa, at the cabin, walking through the forest and/or just the ceremony.

This package does not include a makeup application but we would be happy to recommend trusted local artists that can be added as an additional service to your package.

Yes! A one night stay is included in the Feather Package but you can absolutely add more nights if desired.

A 3-hour private spa pod is included in this package. The time must be chosen ahead of time. Sessions are 10AM to 1PM, 2PM to 5PM and 6PM to 9PM. You can add additional sessions and/or services if desired.

Yes! We’re fortunate to be surrounded by creative local businesses. From restaurants, caterers, hair and makeup artists, photographers and unique experiences, we’re happy to share recommendations to help make your day seamless and memorable.

To preserve the private experience, outside vendors are not included in this package but if you’re staying in a cabin, you are welcome to bring a hair and makeup team.

You’re welcome to add enhancements, but this package is offered as-is and items cannot be removed. Our packages are created to provide a curated experience at the best value. While you are welcome to make use of fewer inclusions, the package price remains the same.

With deepest apologies, private tours are not available for The Feather Package; however, we do allow the couple to come and hike the trail themselves and visit the space. What is the pricing for a 2026 Fawn Wedding Package?

There is an option to add up to 10 guests in our brochure (tables, chairs and basic venue inclusions included). The cost is $1000+HST. Your payment schedule is broken into various payments depending on the date of your wedding. For 2026/2027 weddings, the 1st 50% (non-refundable deposit) is due at time of booking and the remainder due 3 months prior to your wedding date.

We’d love to see your Pinterest board, photos, or color inspirations to help us capture your vision. All blooms will be prepared on-site prior to your arrival. If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring in your own additional florals.

  • BEVERAGES: We do provide the option to add a tea/coffee bar to your reception but water and ice is available to be used during your ceremony and reception (jugs included). For alcohol, LBC will carry a liquor license for your wedding and have a built-in bar that you can use or your vendor can use. We can provide an in-house bartender or you can bring your own but alcohol must be purchased in-house.
  • MUSIC: Due to the uniqueness of our space, we cannot allow a DJ, band, or large speakers. We can accommodate small instruments like a guitar, harp, etc. You can use our sound system and connect your playlist of choosing.

Options vary if you would like them to be with you during setup, the spa, at the cabin, walking through the forest and/or just the ceremony.

At The Minogin Den, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the forest, with gardens, rockeries, and flowers creating a natural backdrop of beauty. Inside, our reception space is styled with a dreamy ceiling installation, mural and ambient lighting. In this package, we include the following items as a complimentary rental addition: flameless candles, plates, cutlery, glassware, napkins, table runners, table numbers, cake platter, cake box, and more. Please note: centerpieces, florals, backdrops and decor/styling services are not included. With decor and styling being our #1 added service ask, we will be offering an LBC in-house service for Reception Decor & Styling. You’re also welcome to bring your own decor but set-up and take-down of extra décor remain your responsibility, unless arranged as an added service.

We can guarantee one reserved space for the couple at their cabin, parking for one vendor vehicle, and 3–5 additional vehicles. Vendors can use the main driveway to unload and park. If you’re expecting additional vehicles, carpooling, shuttle service and/or taxi services are required.

Is there a restroom on site? Yes, you will have access to 1 private restroom.

Do you handle all the garbage? Yes, we handle all garbage removal. Please note that dinner clean-ups are not included unless added as an additional service.

Is there a place for dancing? Yes, we have a large 50×70 grass area for dancing.

Are you 2SLGBTQ+IA friendly? Yes! We are Rainbow Registered, inclusivity is really important to us!

With our Fire Package, you’ll have access to The Minogin Den Friday to Sunday. Access Friday starts at 3PM until 9PM for rehearsal or decorating; however additional table setup (i.e. for a rehearsal dinner) is not included. Saturday access is 10AM to 9PM with decor being brought in before 10AM on the day of if you are decorating the venue yourself. Sunday clean-up and checkout happens prior to 10AM. A typical wedding ceremony will happen on Saturday from 4 to 9PM. Other options are available and the timeline will be reviewed with you prior to booking.

Our ceremonies will happen outside in the forest venue space. Should the weather turn or you’d like to have an alternative plan, there is also ample space for a rental tent outdoors. Please note that a confirmed rain plan must be in place by 10:00 AM on the day of the wedding. If you wish to reserve an outdoor tent, we invite you to connect with us in advance. Should you be working with outside vendors, it is your responsibility to notify them of any changes.

  • FOOD: There is no minimum spend on food here, you have the freedom to choose what feels right for you.
